What is it?

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on technique that improves physiological function of the membranes and cerebral spinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. It was pioneered and developed by osteopathic physician John E. Upledger.

How does it work?

Often no more than 5 grams of pressure is used by the practitioner to release restrictions in the craniosacral system which directly affects the central nervous system and other body systems.
