What is it?

Pronounced “ray-key”, it is a spiritual healing technique that encourages balance. The concept involves the practitioner acting as a channel for universal energy to stimulate your own ability to heal yourself.

How does it work?

People think it’s a “woo-woo” thing but that’s not true. It’s very relaxing, helping you function easier by putting you into that alpha brainwave state which is where your body goes into “repair” mode and also where creativity flourishes.

What is it good for?

  • reducing stress & anxiety

  • unblocking blocked artists

  • balance emotional issues

  • process trauma

  • addiction recovery

  • pain management

  • improving sleep

  • changing bad habits

Distance Reiki

This technique utilizes universal energy which is obviously everywhere. Since energy is not bound by space or time, a qualified practitioner (such as myself) can offer you a remote healing session over the phone via audio or video call.
